Chapin (5 Morris Ave) - The Executive Director lives in the upper floor and the FBPA winter office is located in the lower level.

Kelly Cottage
Kelley Cottage
(8 Morris Ave, Bldg 1) An environmentally friendly building, the Kelley Cottage houses the offices of the Ferry Beach Ecology School on the first floor. The second floor consists of staff housing during the summer. It sleeps six, has meeting space and a kitchen.

The Metz Village - This quaint village is comprised of cabins that were formerly situated on the site of the new DeWolfe Dining Room and Kitchen. In the spring of 2010, foundations were poured and the cabins carefully moved to their new home behind the Kelley Cottage. This four season village is used to house summer crew and conference staff, and occasionally for winter programming events. The foundation space provides additional, much needed storage space and a rustic crew lounge.

Nurse’s Cabin - A nurse is in residence and available throughout the day. The nurse’s cabin is located at the center of campus, by the volleyball court. It has a big Red Cross sign and a ramp leading to the front door. While the nurse does have posted hours, she is available 24 hours a day for emergencies.
