Congress Overrides President Bush’s veto of the Water Resources Development Act!
Abbreviated as WRDA, this legislation includes $26.9 million for shore damage mitigation of Saco Bay to be accomplished through the construction of a “spur” on the Camp Ellis jetty and three offshore breakwaters in the bay.
